These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GreyBoxQuant website, courses, the Trading Lab, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by GreyBoxQuant ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Education only — not investment advice

GreyBoxQuant is an education platform. Everything we publish is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, trade signals, tips, buy/sell calls, or recommendations to buy or sell any security or derivative. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the Services is a solicitation or offer to transact in any financial instrument.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading and investing in securities and derivatives carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance and any simulated or historical results (including within the Trading Lab) do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any resulting outcomes. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered adviser before making financial decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and access

• Paid courses and features are billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge.
• Access to purchased content is granted to your account for personal, non-transferable use.
• Trading Lab access is sold as a fixed period — 30 days or 12 months — for the price shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically and your payment method is never charged again unless you start a new purchase yourself.
• The Trading Lab has a free tier so you can try it before paying. Paid access is not refundable once granted — see the policy below.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or share access to the Services or their content, and not to misuse the Trading Lab (including automated abuse, manipulation of scores or leaderboards, or circumventing access controls).

6. Intellectual property

All content, course material, software, and branding on the Services are owned by GreyBoxQuant or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your personal learning.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreyBoxQuant is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
