Account & troubleshooting

Managing your account and subscription

Upgrading, cancelling, changing your email or password, and what happens to your progress.

Upgrading to Lab Pro

The Upgrade link in the Lab sidebar takes you to pricing. Pro unlocks Modules 2–4, the advanced indicators, your full session history and the narrative mentor report. Your plan is always visible in the sidebar, so you never have to guess which tier you are on.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — no lock-in and no notice period. Your account stays, your history stays, and you drop back to the free tier: Module 1 and unlimited practice.

Changing your email or password

Both live in your account settings. Changing your email sends a verification link to the new address; the change completes when you click it, so make sure the address is one you can actually reach.

What happens to my progress?

Your sessions, XP, streak, badges and journal belong to your account and are not affected by changing plan. Upgrading does not reset anything; downgrading only limits how much history the Performance page will show you.

Emails from us

Every non-essential email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Account emails — verifying your address, resetting your password — are sent regardless, because they are how you keep control of the account.

We will never ask for your broker credentials. The Lab has no connection to any broker, holds no real money, and does not need access to any real trading account. If anything ever asks you for those in our name, it is not us.
Reminder. The Trading Lab is an educational simulation running on synthetic data with play capital. Nothing here is investment advice, no buy or sell call is given on any real security, and no claim is made about returns.

Try it in the Arena.

Reading about it only goes so far — the skill comes from the reps.
