Trading Lab/ Guide/Scoring & progress
Scoring & progress

Missions, XP, streaks and badges

What earns progression in the Lab — and why none of it is tied to profit.

Everything that levels up in the Lab rewards a behaviour, never a result.

Missions

Every session carries a mission — the objective chip at the top of the Arena, updating live with whether you are on track. A lesson is complete when you clear its mission. Examples: a stop on every trade; risk 1% or less on every trade; never add to a loser; never widen a stop. Mastery lessons additionally require a Decision Quality score of 70 or better, to prove it is a habit rather than a one-off.

XP and levels

XP comes from clearing missions and scoring well on process. It does not come from making money in a session. Your level and progress sit at the top of the sidebar.

Streaks

Practise on consecutive days and your streak grows. The Daily Challenge is the easiest way to keep it alive — one chart, one honest rep.

The Hall of Discipline

The leaderboard ranks traders by average Decision Quality over the last seven days. Not by profit, not by win rate. It is deliberately impossible to top it by being lucky.

Reminder. The Trading Lab is an educational simulation running on synthetic data with play capital. Nothing here is investment advice, no buy or sell call is given on any real security, and no claim is made about returns.

Try it in the Arena.

Reading about it only goes so far — the skill comes from the reps.
